Driver Labourer

Your new company
We are currently looking for an experienced Rip Out Driver / Labourer to work on an ongoing social housing kitchen refurbishment scheme in Huyton. The role will involve working within occupied and void properties, assisting with the removal of existing kitchens and preparing properties ready for the refurbishment team.
Your new role

• Ripping out existing kitchens and associated fixtures
• Removing kitchen units, worktops and fittings
• General labouring and assisting trades on site
• Loading and unloading materials
• Removing waste and old kitchen materials from properties
• Driving between properties/sites as required
• Keeping properties and work areas clean and tidy
• Protecting tenants' homes while works are carried out
• Working alongside kitchen fitters and other trades
• Following site Health & Safety procedures

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous rip out / labouring experience
• Previous experience within social housing or kitchen refurbishment desirable
• Full UK Driving Licence
