Are you an organised, reliable and hands-on individual who enjoys being out and about, takes pride in their work and loves being part of a busy team? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading main dealer in Epsom for a Driver / Site Coordinator to play an important role in the smooth day-to-day running of the dealership.

This is a varied position that combines vehicle movements, customer service and general site coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a role where no two days are quite the same. The Role As Driver / Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are moved, presented and maintained to the highest standards, while keeping the dealership forecourt organised, safe and looking its best.

Your responsibilities will include

Carrying out the safe collection and delivery of customer and company vehicles. Collecting vehicles and items from other dealerships when required. Maintaining the organisation and presentation of the forecourt and car park.

Ensuring vehicles are displayed to dealership standards, including pricing, headboards and cleanliness. Assisting the Sales Team with preparing vehicles for customer collection, including refuelling. Delivering parts and undertaking occasional trips to the Post Office, bank and other locations.

Maintaining a safe and tidy site, including gritting and clearing icy areas when necessary. Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety requirements and company policies. Maintaining a professional appearance and wearing the appropriate protective clothing and footwear.

Attending training courses and assisting with other reasonable duties as required by management. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Reliable, punctual and well organised. A confident and responsible driver with a full, valid UK driving licence.

Professional and presentable, with a strong work ethic. Happy working independently and as part of a team. Flexible and willing to get involved in a variety of tasks. Customer-focused, with a positive and helpful attitude.

Able to take pride in maintaining high standards across the dealership. Previous experience within a motor dealership or automotive environment would be advantageous. What's On Offer? Competitive salary of £28,500 – £30,000, depending on experience.
