Job Title: E-commerce Account ManagerLocation: LondonAs E-commerce Account Manager, you will manage relationships with existing and new Pure Player customers, including Look Fantastic and ASOS, as well as Boots.com Omnichannel, (in addition to involvement with Amazon), through innovative and best in class retail activation strategies to drive consumer engagement, sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for all functional sales capabilities, including: JBPs, product availability, pricing, shopper marketing and customer development, with a focus on KPIs at all times. Working within a small team, you will be able to really make a difference within this rapidly growing organisation.

Adapt and implement the E-commerce global vision, strategy and execution standards focusing on SEO with best in class content, assortment and e-shelf merchandisingWork closely and effectively with the marketing team on customer activation plans (on and off site, including PPC and Social), in line with upper funnel activityBuild bottom-up E-commerce Customer Account Plans (JBPs) to drive the overall business which are aligned with the Consumer Business Unit objectives and customer strategiesP&L responsibility: accountable to achieve Net Sales and Gross To Net percentage targets as well as proactive collaborative management of other lines in the P&L where sales have an impact or influenceAccurate forecasting to maximise availability on Pure Players' sitesStrong quantitative ability and comfort with data driven decision processes, with a strong understanding of the key metrics to drive the business is expectedExecute promotional guidelines by category and channel.

Continuously evaluate ROI of trade investments amending the in-year to-go plan where necessary. Skills &

Qualifications

Degree level education (Commercial education, e.g., business, economics, marketing preferable)Minimum 2 years of E-commerce Sales experience and a total 5 year Commercial experienceStrong understanding of the online consumer buying cycle and specific E-retailer strategies, and commercial experience in E-commerce Sales Ability to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing environmentAttention to detailStrong data analysis, organising and prioritisation skillsMicrosoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiencyStrong presentation skills within internal and external customer meetings Understanding of ket business functions i.e.
