Early Years Practitioner

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery setting in Redbridge. This is a full-time, permanent role within a supportive early years environment that is committed to delivering high-quality childcare and education in line with the EYFS framework. You will be:

• Supporting the learning and development of young children in line with the EYFS
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
• Planning and supporting age-appropriate activities
• Acting as a Key Person and supporting children’s wellbeing
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents

Maintaining high standards of care, safeguarding, and health and safety The successful candidate will hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) and have at least two years’ experience working within an early years setting.
