In this role, you will join an established nationwide wealth management practice to manage and enhance an existing client portfolio focused on pensions and benefits. You will work across business lines within a collaborative culture, adding value beyond traditional advisory duties. You will build trusted relationships, deliver tailored pension and benefits advice, and contribute to the firm’s broader wealth-management goals.

Responsibilities

• Inherit and manage a well‑established client portfolio across SME and corporate clients
• Provide pension and benefits advisory services to clients
• Collaborate across business lines to deliver value beyond traditional remit
• Support and grow Workplace Solutions as a major focus area
• Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional advisory outcomes
• Leverage 1:1 admin and research support to focus on high-impact client engagement

Key requirements

• Experience working for an intermediary (advisor/consultant)
• Knowledge of pensions and employee benefits
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
