What we can offer you: We are proud to offer unique benefits, here's what to expect:1-hour free beauty treatment per month with our onsite beauticianCompetitive Salary (Guaranteed to be reviewed annually)Generous Leave 33 days (inc Bank Holiday's) increasing with long term serviceCareer opportunities, with a fast past environment brings adaptability and the chance to progressInclusive benefits, private health care, award winning pension scheme, discount on beauty itemsWhat you will be doing: As our catalogue manager you will use data to drive sales growth and be responsible for the team who are: Creating and optimising product listings across Amazon our platformsEnsure all listings comply with marketplace policies, content guidelines, and formatting requirementsRegularly review and update existing listings to improve Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR) and Keyword indexing and organic ranking, and BSRMonitor competitor listings, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for content improvementsMaintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all product listingsWork closely with internal teams to ensure listing content aligns with product launches, promotions, and marketing campaignsWorking Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5hrs, between the hours of 8.30am to 4.30pmHere's what we are looking for: Thrives in a fast changing environmentPrevious experience creating and optimising e-commerce product listings on third party platforms (amazon preferred)Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and benefits-driven contentStrong understanding of keyword research and SEO principles for e-commerce listingsStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesAttention to detailManagement experience, preferably in an ecommerce environmentBehind our success stands a dedicated team of individuals, tirelessly preserving brand integrity, elevating visibility, ensuring availability, and unleashing the full potential of marketing strategies for each brand.
