E-COMMERCE MERCHANDISER | STREETWEAR & LIFESTYLE FASHION BIG BRANDS. BOLD STYLE. SMARTER TRADING. London | Fortnightly travel to Watford £40,000–£48,000 DOE We're looking for a commercially sharp E-Commerce Merchandiser to join a dynamic fashion business working with globally recognised streetwear and lifestyle brands.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who knows how to turn data into decisions, product into profit and trends into commercial success. You'll be at the heart of the online trading operation, helping shape product assortments, optimise stock and drive digital sales performance.

THE ROLE Own sales, stock and trading analysis to identify opportunities and maximise performance. Drive e-commerce merchandising, product availability, allocation and replenishment. Build commercially focused range plans, OTB forecasts and seasonal assortments.

Analyse website performance, promotions and product trends to optimise sales. Identify bestsellers, manage underperforming stock and recommend commercial actions. Turn insight into action to drive revenue, margin and inventory efficiency.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING 4+ years' experience in merchandising, inventory management or retail analytics. Strong commercial instincts and a passion for streetwear, fashion and digital retail. Excellent Excel, reporting and analytical skills.
