you will

Providing 1:1 and small-group support. Supporting students with their individual EHCP targets. Assisting with learning, communication, and emotional regulation. Monitoring progress, engagement, and wellbeing. Working closely with teachers and SEN professionals.

Building positive relationships with students. The Ideal EHCP Assistant: Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic. Passionate about supporting young people with SEN.A confident communicator and strong team player. Interested in pursuing a career in psychology, education, or therapy.

Previous SEN experience is desirable but not essential.
