Job Description Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge? Join a growing manufacturing business that is investing in its people, technology, and operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining production performance, improving reliability, and driving continuous improvement across a busy manufacturing site.

Working as part of a skilled engineering team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of production equipment, using your electrical and fault-finding expertise to minimise downtime and maximise performance.

What You'll Be Doing Carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Diagnosing faults, troubleshooting breakdowns, and completing effective repairs. Fault finding on PLC-controlled machinery and automated systems.

Conducting root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across safety, processes, and technology. Maintaining accurate maintenance records using the Shire CMMS system.

Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures. What We're Looking For Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment PLC fault-finding and diagnostic experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Proactive approach with excellent communication skills Desirable Experience within FMCG, timber, woodworking, or other high-volume manufacturing environments.

Shift Patterns Main Site (Rotating) Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm Week 2: Monday to Friday, 2:30pm - 11:00pm Why Join Us?
