You'll work closely with operational and commercial teams, helping secure new contracts while ensuring projects are handed over seamlessly following a successful bid. Key Responsibilities Preparing competitive tenders for commercial electrical and M&E projects Producing quotations for planned maintenance and reactive works Pricing project variations and additional works Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender packages Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations Producing detailed cost breakdowns and tender submissions Supporting successful project handovers to delivery teams Helping improve estimating processes and efficiency across the businessA Chance to Shape the Estimating Function The business operates using Simpro with Luckins integration and is looking for someone who can help drive improvements across the platform.
