Are you a qualified Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable, well-paid role with a market-leading UK employer? We are looking for a hands-on engineer to join the team at their Southport production site. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of site maintenance in a busy manufacturing environment, with a competitive salary, private health insurance, and a strong benefits package.
The RoleYou'll be responsible for all reactive and planned maintenance across the site, keeping production running safely and efficiently. Day-to-day you'll be diagnosing faults, carrying out PPM schedules, repairing plant and equipment, and working closely with the production team to minimise downtime. Shift PatternRotating double day shifts:
- Week 1: 06:00 – 14:30
- Week 2: 14:00 – 22:30What's on Offer
- £45,000 – £50,000 per annum
- 21 days holiday + statutory bank holidays
- Company pension - 5% employer and 4% employee
- Private Health Insurance (employer-funded for employee; dependants can beaddedat personal cost, auto-enrolled each December)

- Multi-skilled engineering background - electrical and mechanical
- NVQ Level 3 / Apprenticeship in Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years' post-apprenticeship experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of PLCs and control panel diagnostics
- 18th Edition wiring regulations (preferred)
