Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Commercial Building - Aldgate East, London - £48,000 CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join an FM service provider at a commercial building in Aldgate East, London.

This is a static, one man position supported by a Supervisor and Manager, so the successful candidate will have at least 5 years of building services experience and be comfortable working on their own initiative. In return, the company is offering a £48,000 salary, a £3,000 LVAP payment on successful completion and progression into senior and lead engineering roles.

Hours of Work Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 Call out 1 in 8Key Duties & Responsibilities Planned and reactive maintenance on all M&E systems Electrical and mechanical fault-finding and repairs Minor installations Responding to building services issues on site Working to health and safety procedures, including LOTO and PTWPackage £48,000 per annum £3,000 LVAP payment on successful completion Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 Call out 1 in 8, with a £100 standby allowance and a minimum of 4 hours per call Overtime available Uniform, tools and PPE provided Training and development Progression into senior and lead engineering rolesRequirements Level 3 Electrical Qualification - Essential Minimum 5 years of building services experience - Essential 18th Edition Must be able to provide copies of relevant trade certificates Understanding of AHUs, HVAC and plumbing Strong electrical fault-finding ability Good understanding of health and safety systems, including LOTO and PTW Self-motivated and reliable, with good communication skillsPlease send your CV to Dan Barber at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information...
