Essential duties & responsibilities Routine PPM visits & reactive repairs (when required) to electrical services assets (Internal, External & Emergency Lighting, Distribution Boards) and carrying out meter readings etc.

Weekly sprinkler system bell testing. Daily / Weekly inspections of Plant Rooms, Switchrooms, Roof Areas & Car Parks. Plant room status & cleanliness checks. Accompanying sub-contractors around site for PPM/reactive works, when instructed to do so.

Operate a tablet device in conjunction with ECG's CAFM system ensuring all PPM and reactive tasks are completed timeously. Develop positive working relationships with all stakeholders to enhance the professional reputation of ECG, whilst protecting the clients brand.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Operations Director, Technical Services Manager, Compliance Team & Security Team. Knowledge & Understanding Experience operating in the private FM sector. Solid understanding of SFG20 service specification.
