What youll be doingCarry out planned electrical maintenance and routine inspections across site machineryRespond to breakdowns, diagnosing electrical faults and restoring equipment safelyFault-find on electrical systems including motors, drives, sensors, control panels, switches and isolationsSupport PLC fault-finding and I/O checks (no programming required)Work with inverters, relays, contactors and industrial electrical systemsAssist with electrical installations, upgrades and reliability improvementsComplete maintenance records accurately and contribute to site safety and compliance standardsWhat youll bringProven electrical maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environmentConfident fault-finding ability on plant and production equipmentPractical, calm approach when dealing with breakdowns and downtimeComfortable working in a hands-on, fast-moving environmentStrong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitudeQualificationsCity & Guilds Electrical qualification (Level 3 or equivalent)NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or Maintenance (or equivalent)18th Edition desirable but not essential
