Job Description Electrical Maintenance EngineerTelfordDays Monday to Friday£48,000 Electrically biased, multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer required for a maintenance role at a large, long-standing Telford based manufacturer.

JOB OUTLINE The successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer will provide electrical breakdown cover on automated fast-moving equipment as well as the service and repair of production equipment in line with FMCG policies and safe working procedures.
THE ROLE
Continuous improvement of equipment, supporting PPM activities to a high standard Provide day-to-day electrical and mechanical breakdown support for the production team, ensuring downtime is kept to a minimum An active position in generating ideas for improvement, whilst ensuring current plant/equipment is maintained to a high standard Electrical fault-finding to a high level Installation of new machinery and control panels.
THE CANDIDATE: Strong Electrical Maintenance Experience within a manufacturing/production environment Experience in fast-paced working environment essential A team player with plenty of ideas and enthusiasm and able to work under pressure.
Open-mindedness to learn new techniques & technology. Excellent electrical fault diagnosis skills Formal qualifications to NVQ, C&G or ONC, HNC desirable PLC/Automation experience desirable but not essential Time served apprenticeship in electrical discipline advantageous In return for your
