Electrical & Mechanical Estimator – Sheffield-PermanentLocation: SheffieldPermanent PositionStart Date: ImmediateThe OpportunityWe are working with a well-established specialist M&E subcontractor delivering a range of projects across the retail and warehousing sectors.

Projects include both new build and refurbishment schemes, with values ranging from £250k to £5 million. Due to continued workload, they are seeking an experienced Electrical & Mechanical Estimator to support the pre-construction and commercial teams on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities

• Preparing accurate mechanical and electrical cost estimates across all project stages
• Producing feasibility and concept budgets
• Managing pre-construction estimating activities
• Pricing variations and supporting commercial negotiations
• Assisting with final accounts as required
• Working collaboratively with design, commercial, and delivery teamsExperience & Technical Knowledge RequiredProven Experience In:
• Building services / M&E contracting environment
• Pre-construction estimating
• Feasibility and concept budgeting
• Variation pricing
• Final account supportQualifications
• Degree in Engineering or NVQ equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ practical experience in an M&E estimating roleWhat’s on Offer
