Location: Kings Cross, London Salary: up to £52,000 per annum Shifts: Continental shift pattern, 7-7, days and nights, 4s 6s About the Role We're currently recruiting for an Electrical Shift Leader to join a leading building maintenance provider at a large corporate site based in Kings Cross, London.
You'll be part of a 2 person shift team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across electrical systems within a modern corporate environment. Working on a Continental shift pattern, 7-7, days and nights, 4s 6s Key Responsibilities of the Electrical Shift Leader Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and building services equipment.
Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime. Fault-finding and remedial repairs on lighting, power distribution, and control systems. Work alongside mechanical and building services teams as part of a multi-skilled maintenance operation.
Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site documentation. Requirements of the Electrical Shift Leader City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installations / Engineering. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
Proven experience in a commercial or critical building environment. Excellent fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently on shift. Good communication and teamwork skills.
