Electrical Supervisor

Role Overview The successful candidate will manage site operations as a non-working supervisor / project lead, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site activities and electrical installation teams.

Oversee pulling and installation of SWA sub-main cables (4 Core 25mm2 - 240mm2). Coordinate labour, materials, plant, and project scheduling. Ensure all works are completed to specification, programme, and quality standards.

Maintain high standards of Health & Safety compliance. Conduct toolbox talks, RAMS reviews, and site inspections. Liaise with clients, principal contractors, and project management teams. Produce progress reports, manage site documentation, and maintain project records.

Requirements Proven experience in construction project management and/or non-working electrical supervision. Strong background in commercial / industrial electrical installations. Experience managing SWA cable installation and sub-main infrastructure works.

SMSTS qualification preferred. ECS / CSCS card required. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Must be up to date with current IT systems and proficient in using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office for reporting, communication, and document management.

Ability to manage works within a live construction environment. Flexibility to work Overtime where required including nights. Package Project duration: Approximately 5 months. Accommodation and sustenance fully paid for by the company.
