We're looking for an Electrical Supervisor who will lead day-to-day electrical maintenance operations within a Defence sector PFI contract, ensuring safety, compliance, and uninterrupted service delivery. Role

Responsibilities

Supervise planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works, ensuring high standards of safety and workmanship. Lead and support a diverse team of electricians and technicians, ensuring adherence to electrical standards and safety procedures.

Manage faults, breakdowns, testing, and inspections, particularly across critical Defence assets and Naval accommodation. Act as Authorised Person (AP) for LV/HV systems, overseeing safe isolations, switching operations, and permit control.

Promote a strong Health & Safety culture, ensuring compliance with Permit to Work and LOTO procedures. Oversee contractor performance, ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures, quality standards, and contractual requirements. Required

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for

the role

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations certification. Experience operating LV/HV systems with at least 5 years in electrical maintenance. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience (AP certification or willingness to train preferred).Experienced in using CAFM systems to manage work orders, maintenance schedules, asset data, and statutory compliance activities (desirable).
