Job Description Electrician - Responsive Repairs & VoidsJob Location: Site-based, covering areas within up to 90 minutes of WarminsterHours: Monday-Friday, 39 hours per week, plus an out-of-hours on-call rotaTemp to Permanent positionRate - £20-£23Our client is looking for an experienced Electrician to join our Repairs and Voids division, delivering high-quality electrical repairs, maintenance and replacement services across Social Housing properties.

About the roleAs an Electrician , you'll be responsible for carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance, testing and replacement works within occupied Social Housing properties.
Your responsibilities will include
Carrying out fault finding and responsive electrical repairs within tenanted Social Housing properties. Completing a wide range of electrical works, including: MCB and circuit breaker replacementsRewiresEmergency and external lightingSwitches and minor installationsShower repairs and replacementsSmoke alarmsExtractor fansInspection, testing and re-certificationCompletion of relevant electrical certificationWorking from daily job tickets or a handheld device.

Working efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. About youWe're looking for an experienced and qualified Electrician who takes pride in their work and is confident working within a Social Housing environment.
You will ideally have:18th Edition qualification. AM2 or equivalent. NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.2391-52 or equivalent inspection and testing qualification. BS 7671:2018 knowledge. Experience working within a Social Housing, repairs or refurbishment environment .A full UK driving licence .INDCTPBN1_UKTJ
