Electrician

Your new company We are recruiting an experienced Approved Electrician to join a busy Repairs & Maintenance team working across domestic social housing properties. This is a mobile role carrying out remedial works, testing, general electrical maintenance, and responsive repairs.

You'll be working directly in customers' homes, so professionalism, strong communication, and a right-first-time approach are essential. Your new role Delivering a wide range of electrical repairs, testing, and maintenance Carrying out remedial works and ensuring compliance with current regulations Managing your own workload and keeping jobs on track Providing excellent customer service to residents Using a PDA/iPad to update job information What you'll need to succeed NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent AM2 18th Edition 2391 Testing & Inspection (or equivalent) Strong experience in domestic electrical work Experience in social housing, housing associations, or councils Confident delivering responsive repairs Full UK driving licence DBS check required What you'll get in return Salary up to £41k + additional earnings through out-of-hours rota Company van + fuel card Power tools supplied 25 days holiday + bank holidays Pension scheme with employer contributions up to 12% Mobile phone, iPad Free healthcare & dental plan What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
