Location: London Thamesport, Rochester area (ME30EP) – On-site Are you a hands-on Maintenance Technician looking for your next challenge in a heavy industrial environment? PACADAR U.K. is looking for a skilled Electrical / Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to join our our heavy precast concrete manufacturing facility at London Thamesport.

Language Bonus: Bilingual environment – knowledge of Spanish is a great plus! Your Day-to-Day (Key Responsibilities): Keep Production Moving: Diagnose, fault-find, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.

Heavy Machinery Maintenance: Maintain specialized industrial plant equipment, including gantry cranes, overhead cranes, generators, presses, and lathes. Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities strict comply with UK industrial health and safety regulations.

Continuous Improvement: Interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings to optimize machinery performance. What We Are Looking For: Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in industrial maintenance (Heavy industry, precast concrete, or manufacturing sector is highly desirable).

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent European qualification (e.g., Formación Profesional / FP) in Electrical/Electromechanical Maintenance.

Skills

Strong knowledge of industrial electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems. Certifications: Forklift or Crane operation licenses are a major advantage. Attributes: A proactive team player, solution-oriented, comfortable working at heights, and physically fit for an operational role.
