Electronics Technician

Job Description Contract Electronics Technician Cheltenham Immediate Start Im currently recruiting for a Contract Electronics Technician on behalf of a specialist defence technology company based in Cheltenham. This is a hands-on role supporting the assembly testing and development of secure ruggedised electronic systems used within defence applications.

Key Responsibilities

Electronics assembly and integration PCB soldering and rework Functional testing and diagnostics Fault-finding and troubleshooting Prototype builds and development support Working from schematics and technical documentation Required Experience: PCB assembly and soldering Electronic fault diagnosis and testing Reading and interpreting schematics Use of electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes multimeters etc.) Previous experience in electronics manufacturing production or development environments Rate: 1525 per hour (depending on experience) If you have the relevant skills and experience and are available for a new contract opportunity Id be keen to hear from you.
