Embedded Security Engineer – Secure Firmware & PKI

NRG is seeking an experienced Embedded Security Expert to join our engineering team in South Tyneside on a hybrid basis, developing secure embedded products for the energy sector. This hands-on role combines C/C++ engineering with product security, secure architecture, and implementation of cybersecurity requirements in embedded devices.

You will define security requirements, perform threat modelling, support IEC 62443 compliance, and drive secure development practices across the team.
