As a Payroll Administrator - Analyst in EMEA Payroll Central Team, you will be responsible for collecting and checking monthly payroll data submitted by the variety of internal and external stakeholders, submitting data changes to our payroll providers and reviewing payroll reports to ensure monthly outputs are 100% accurate. Job ResponsibilitiesCollects, controls and maintains the accuracy of payroll inputs (fixed and variable elements)Participates actively in Payroll Transformation Cooperates closely with local in-country teams to ensure payroll is delivered accurately and on timeDeals with various queries from employees, managers and other internal stakeholders as well as clients in a timely and professional mannerIdentifies risks and ensure appropriate controls and regulatory checks are adhered toPerforms post-payroll tasks and deliver reports to downstream users (finance, accounting, audit, third parties, statutory authorities)Liaises with external vendors and stakeholders (third party vendors, government authorities)Reviews processes and ensure they are up-to-date, and documentation and controls are in placeParticipates in payroll process improvements and payroll projectsEnsures compliance with all internal/external regulations and requirementsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsPrevious experience in operational data management roleFluent business EnglishAdvanced Excel skills and good command of Microsoft OfficeStrong customer service mindsetAttention to details and ‘can-do’ attitudeAbility to manage multiple tasks whilst working towards deadlines and calendarStrong organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritizeStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong problem solving and analytical skillsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience with ADP Global ViewOther language skills an advantage but not mandatoryKnowledge of Alteryx and other automation tools J.P.
