Known for its collaborative culture andclient-focused approach, the business supports employers in deliveringcompetitive, well-designed pensions and benefits solutions across a diverseclient base. Working within ahigh-performing team, you will manage a portfolio of SME clients, acting as atrusted adviser across pensions and wider employee benefits.
You will takeownership of client relationships, provide strategic and technical guidance,and support the delivery of benefit solutions including workplace pensions,group risk, and health and wellbeing. You will also contribute to new businessactivity, from initial pitch through to onboarding, as well as developingopportunities within existing client relationships.
We're looking forsomeone with strong knowledge of workplace pensions and auto-enrolment, gainedwithin an FCA-authorised employee benefits consultancy, financial corporateadviser environment. You will be comfortable managing senior clientrelationships, presenting to both executive teams and employee groups, andadvising on areas such as contribution structures, salary sacrifice, andprovider strategy.
