This is a busy role where you'll work closely with managers, helping them navigate complex people issues while ensuring a fair, consistent and legally compliant approach. What you'll be doingManaging a varied caseload of employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and capability cases.

Providing coaching and guidance to managers, building their confidence in handling day-to-day people matters. Supporting the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with current employment legislation and best practice.

Analysing ER trends and case data, identifying recurring issues and recommending improvements. Assisting with organisational change initiatives, including restructures, consultations and other change programmes. Working closely with stakeholders across the business to promote positive employee relations and minimise risk.

What we're looking forPrevious experience managing complex ER cases in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. CIPD Level 5 qualified, or equivalent practical experience. Confident communicator with the ability to influence, challenge and build credibility with managers at all levels.

A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with the ability to balance business needs and employee experience. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work independently.
