Theorganisation is evolving its People function and investing in a newly formedPeople Business Partnering team to support its future ambitions. Your new role Initially focused onEmployee Relations, you will manage a varied and complex caseload while actingas a trusted adviser to leaders and managers across the organisation.
You will
Manage complexdisciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and workplace conflict casesProvide expertemployment law, policy and best-practice adviceCoach managers tobuild confidence and capability in handling ER mattersSupport investigationsand recommend fair, balanced and pragmatic outcomesReview and developPeople policies and proceduresIdentify emergingpeople risks and trends through case data and insightSupport organisationalchange and work with trade unions or employee representatives when requiredAs the Peoplepartnering model develops, you will have the opportunity to broaden your remitand contribute to wider People initiatives and organisational strategy.
What you'll need to succeed CIPD qualified orcurrently working towards a relevant CIPD qualificationStrong experiencemanaging complex and high-risk Employee Relations casesIn-depth knowledge ofUK employment law and ER best practiceExperience workingwithin financial services, professional services or another regulatedenvironmentConfident coaching,challenging and influencing managers and senior stakeholdersExperience developingPeople policies and supporting organisational changeYou will becommercially aware, solutions-focused and able to balance technical employmentlaw expertise with pragmatic business advice.
