The role involves attracting, registering, and guiding participants towards successful placements. Utilising diagnostic skills, individual and group coaching, and optimising available funding, you'll empower individuals to secure sustainable employment.

You dont need previous Employment advisor experience, as full training will be provided. What matters most is your ability to build trust, work positively with people and employers, and help individuals recognise and achieve their potential.

What youll do As an Employment Advisor, you'll: Build and maintain relationships with the Job Centre Plus and other relevant Partners through regular telephone contact, visits, and newsletters as appropriate to ensure participants are aware of our services and to allay any concerns, they may have with accessing or utilising our services Sign participants up to the programme following system and process guidance e.g., accurate and timely completion of documentation Explain our service offering (details of the programme) including ensuring the participant understands their rights and responsibilities (e.g., complaints
