An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employment Associate to join their highly regarded and growing Employment team. You'll work across a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising a diverse client portfolio on complex workplace issues while supporting clients through employment tribunal proceedings.

This is a varied role offering significant client exposure, high-quality work and genuine opportunities to contribute to business development and client training initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesAdvising clients on a wide range of day-to-day employment law mattersManaging and supporting employment tribunal claims and litigationProviding pragmatic, commercially focused employment adviceBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsDelivering client training and supporting business development activityWorking collaboratively with colleagues across multiple offices and practice areasCandidate RequirementsQualified solicitor with demonstrated experience within employment lawA strong background in both employment advisory and contentious mattersExperience handling employment tribunal claims and litigationExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA commercial and solutions-focused approachThe ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environmentStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesWhy Join?
