With continued growth and increasing demand across both public and private sectors, they are now looking to welcome a talented Associate ready to take on a broad mix of high quality employment work.

The RoleYou'll join a high performing team advising employers and senior executives locally, nationally and internationally. Expect a varied and stimulating caseload, including:Advising on complex employment issues and disputesDay to day HR and employee relations advice across multiple sectorsEmployment support on corporate transactionsActing for both employers and senior employees/executivesHandling both contentious and non contentious matters with early ownershipYou'll work directly with Partners and senior lawyers on high value matters, with the autonomy to manage your own caseload from the outset.

Candidate RequirementsThe ideal candidate will bring:3+ years' PQE with solid experience advising on employment law mattersIdeally an employer focused background, though not essentialStrong HR advisory and corporate support experienceExcellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationshipsEmpathy, good judgement and professionalism when handling sensitive mattersStrong organisational skills, resilience under pressure and a meticulous approachA genuine commitment to delivering commercially focused, pragmatic adviceYou'll be encouraged to take on responsibility early, with ongoing support and exposure to a diverse range of work across the team.
