This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a developing practice area within a supportive, friendly, and award winning firm that has seen significant growth in recent years. The RoleYou will play a key role in expanding the firm's employment law offering, taking responsibility for your own caseload while contributing to wider litigation work where appropriate.

The role includes:Managing a varied caseload of employment mattersTaking ownership of client relationships and delivering high quality adviceGrowing the employment practice through proactive business developmentLeading on marketing initiatives and generating new sources of workWorking closely with colleagues across the Litigation DepartmentSpending at least three days per week in the Exeter office (hybrid working available after probation)Travelling to other offices for client meetings and marketing events when requiredContributing to the firm's strategic growth and development plansThis is a growth area for the firm, and the successful candidate will have the autonomy to shape and expand the employment offering.
