Employment Lawyer 3 PQE to Legal Director

Your new company This national law firm has an impressive employment team that continues to perform well. Your new role This employment solicitor role will see you handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters including general employment advisory work, employment tribunal claims, whistle-blowing, as well as advising on reorganisation and redundancy issues.
In addition, you will play a role in the supervision of more junior fee earners and in managing and maintaining client relationships. What you'll need to succeed You should be an employment lawyer with 3 years' pqe or operating up to and including Legal Director level.
