• Consider legal issues within their broader organisational and policy context.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Current practising certificate from the relevant regulatory body.
• Strong employment law expertise gained within public or private sector organisations.
• Excellent analytical, communication and drafting skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver advice within required timescales.
• Experience assessing legal risk and providing commercially and strategically focused solutions.
