Your new company A highly regarded commercial law firm in Manchester is seeking an ambitious Employment Paralegal to join its growing employment team. The firm has an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base ranging from SMEs to large national organisations.

Your new role You will work closely with experienced employment lawyers, supporting both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

Duties will include: Assisting with a broad range of employment tribunal claims Drafting legal documents, correspondence and employment-related agreements Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries Managing client files and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Supporting fee earners with case management and business development activities Liaising with clients, counsel and tribunal representatives Preparing bundles and other litigation documentationThis role offers excellent exposure to complex and high-quality employment work within a supportive and high-performing team.

What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will demonstrate: Exceptional academic credentials, minimum 2:1, LPC/SQE preferred/completed. Previous legal experience gained within employment law or a commercial legal environment Strong organisational and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability A genuine interest in developing a career within employment lawCandidates with strong academics and a proactive approach will be particularly attractive to this client.
