This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior employment lawyer wanting the platform, support and autonomy to build a successful regional practice while working alongside a nationally recognised team. You'll advise a broad employer client base on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:Employment contracts, policies and handbooksComplex employee relations issuesRedundancies, restructures and TUPEEmployment Tribunal litigationDiscrimination and whistleblowing claimsExecutive exits and board-level disputesCorporate support and transactional workAlongside client work, you'll play a key role in business development, building relationships and helping grow the team's presence in the South West market.
Candidate RequirementsWe're keen to speak with ambitious Employment lawyers who can demonstrate:Qualified Solicitor with 10+ years' PQEStrong Employment law expertise across employer-focused mattersExperience developing client relationships and generating workAn established network within the Bristol/South West marketThe drive to help build and grow a successful practiceExisting Partners, Legal Directors and senior lawyers ready to step into a leadership role are encouraged to apply.
