The caseload is varied and offers exposure to complex and technical employment issues. You will play a senior technical role within the team, providing strategic, practical and technical guidance while supporting colleagues and contributing to the overall development of the group.

You will be expected to demonstrate strong expertise in employment law and set a high standard in the conduct of litigation. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in employment law, including handling all aspects of litigation.

Experience working with insurer clients and liaising with claims handlers is important, as is the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities effectively. You should be commercially aware, client-focused and confident in building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

A collaborative approach and strong communication skills are essential, along with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset. This role offers hybrid working, with a blend of office and home working across the Bristol, Leeds or Cardiff locations.
