Employment Lawyer

Day-to-Day of the Role

As an Employment Lawyer, you will:

• Advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including employment contracts, disciplinary issues, redundancy, and Employment Tribunal claims.
• Manage your own caseload with autonomy, supported by our experienced Employment Partners.
• Develop strong client relationships, providing practical and commercially focused advice.
• Participate in networking and business development activities.
• Deliver training and seminars, and support the development of junior lawyers and trainees.

Required Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are qualified solicitors, chartered legal executives, or have equivalent qualifications with 3-6 years' PQE in employment law.
• Have experience managing their own employment caseload and client relationships.
• Demonstrate strong communication and drafting skills.
• Are proactive, collaborative, and keen on continuous professional development.
• Have a strong interest in business development and building their professional profile.
