Employment Tax Manager – BristolBristol | Hybrid & Flexible Working | Competitive Salary + BenefitsWe're recruiting an Employment Tax Manager in Bristol on behalf of a highly respected and growing accountancy and business advisory firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Tax professional to join a specialist team, managing a varied portfolio of clients while delivering high-quality advisory work across PAYE, NICs, benefits, IR35 and global mobility. The RoleYou'll manage client relationships and deliver practical employment tax advice, working closely with colleagues across tax, HR, finance and legal. Key responsibilities include:Deliver employment tax advisory work across PAYE, NICs, benefits, IR35 and global mobilityManage a portfolio of clients and build strong relationshipsAdvise on IR35 and off-payroll working, including reviews and remediationCarry out employment tax risk reviews, audits and due diligenceAdvise on tax-efficient remuneration and termination packagesSupport business development, proposals and identifying new opportunitiesKeep clients informed of legislative changes and emerging employment tax risksWork collaboratively with HR, Finance, Legal and wider Tax teamsCoach and support junior team membersContribute to the continued growth of the Employment Tax offeringAbout YouYou'll be ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified, or have equivalent experience, with strong UK employment tax experience.
