Job Description Role: Endpoint EngineerType: Contract (3 Months)Location: Norwich, UKWorking Model: OnsiteWorking Hours: 37.5 hrs per week (Monday to Friday)We are looking for a highly customer-focused Endpoint Engineer to provide exceptional 2nd-line support for our clinical and corporate teams in Norwich.
What You'll DoProvide 2nd-line remote and on-site support for hardware, software, and peripherals. Build, configure, and deploy workstations and laptops for technology refreshes. Support and manage Active Directory, Windows 11, Office 365, Citrix, and Sophos.
Log, track, and resolve incidents within strict SLAs via the IT Service Desk. What You BringProven experience in 2nd-line IT desktop/hardware support. Strong technical knowledge of Windows 11, M365, and Active Directory.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate IT jargon for non-technical users. A relevant IT degree, Microsoft Certification, or ITIL Foundation knowledge (highly desirable).This is an urgent vacancy with a deadline where the hiring manager is shortlisting for an interview immediately.
