Engineering Manager

An award-winning cybersecurity company in London are looking for an Engineering Manager to help guide their 15~ person engineering team. The role will be mostly hands-off so your focus will be around mentoring, coaching, and leading the engineers who are based in and around London, on a semi-remote basis.

Some general responsibilities will include: Helping to grow the team whilst maintaining a good level of company culture Architect, maintain, and evolve current code Communicate with stakeholdersConduct code reviews, sprint plans, one-to-ones etc. to keep development on trackThe Engineering Manager will have successful Co-founders to report to, a highly skilled CTO to work with, and some top engineers to manage.
