Assistincarryingoutauditsandconditionsurveys,programmeforworks includingcostestimatesandworksprogrammes. Ensuringthatclientsareproperly advisedofstatutoryobligations.
Assistinensuringthatmaintenanceofbuildingsystemsmeetslegislativeandhealthandsafetyrequirements;
Supportthecommissioning,organisingandassessingtheworkofcontractors;
Assistinoverseeingandsupervisingtheinstallationofbuildingsystemsand specifying maintenanceandoperatingprocedures
- Responsibleforthebudgetmanagementandfinancialcontrolofworkswithinremit
- Responsibleforunderstandingandfollowingprocurement/tenderprocessesfor workswithinremit
- Closeworkingwiththe3rdpartyDCFMSsupplieronmaintenanceworks,reactive worksandcapitalprojects
