Your Role As An Engineering Team Leader Will Include: Leading, managing and developing a team of multi-skilled maintenance engineers Overseeing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns Driving continuous improvement and reducing machinery downtime Managing engineering KPIs, maintenance schedules and team performance Conducting root cause analysis and implementing long-term engineering solutions Working closely with production teams to maximise machinery efficiency Supporting engineering projects, site improvements and maintenance budgets Monday to Friday - Days Only As An Engineering Team Leader You Will Need To Have: Experience as an Engineering Team Leader, Maintenance Team Leader, Engineering Supervisor or similar Strong electrical and mechanical engineering background Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food production, packaging or similar environments Previous experience leading or supervising maintenance engineers Good knowledge of PPMs, breakdowns and continuous improvement Working knowledge of PLCs and automated machinery Relevant engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, HNC, HND or apprenticeship) Knowledge of 18th Edition electrical regulations Commutable to Whittlesey, Peterborough Please apply to Charlie at Future Engineering Recruitment or call 020 3813 7949 for immediate consideration.
