Enterprise Account Executive

Overview

As an Enterprise Account Executive for UK&I, you drive new business in a fast-growing, dynamic market. You shape the go-to-market approach in a builder-centric environment and own relationships with senior stakeholders while collaborating with partners. You will turn ambition into results, scaling a strategic enterprise SaaS footprint and contributing to Workato’s mission of unifying data, apps, and processes. This role offers high impact through autonomous strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on growth in the Nordic region.

Responsibilities

• Drive new enterprise business in the UK&I region and contribute to Nordic expansion
• Shape strategy and build from the ground up with autonomy, rather than follow a fixed playbook
• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns in collaboration with marketing, SDR, partners, and pre-sales
• Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners (SI & VAR) and with senior customer stakeholders (CTO, CIO, Enterprise Architect)
• Meet or exceed sales targets through a hunter mindset and proactive opportunity management

Key requirements

• 2-5 years in enterprise B2B SaaS or technology sales with a proven track record
• Experience building and executing outbound prospecting campaigns with cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to engage and manage relationships with CTOs, CIOs, and Enterprise Architects
• Experience working with partners and a SI & VAR ecosystem
