Overview

As Enterprise Operating Model Strategy Manager, you will advise boards and executive teams on transforming operating models to boost growth, productivity, and agility in a dynamic, AI-enabled environment. You will work within Accenture Strategy to design structural moves, governance, and work distribution across humans and AI.

Expect a mix of qualitative insights and benchmarking to shape enterprise, value stream, and intelligence-driven design. This role offers exposure to global clients across industries and a clear path to impact at the highest levels.

Responsibilities

• Design and activate operating models translating strategy into execution across enterprise structure and governance
• Contribute to value stream, function, and team design enabling cross-functional execution with humans and AI
• Support the development of an intelligence and management layer for ongoing operating model evolution
• Advise boards and executive teams on transformation programs to improve performance and agility
• Lead qualitative organizational discussions while supporting benchmarking and quantitative analyses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across industries and regions

Key requirements

• Above-average university degree in economics, psychology, STEM or comparable field (MBA/doctorate advantageous)
• Experience in consulting or equivalent professional services
