For more information, please visit the Role The Enterprise Programme Manager brings governance, structure, prioritisation, and visibility to business initiatives across the organisation while directly managing priority projects, including the AI First Initiative.

You will work across business and technical teams to turn priorities into clear plans, remove obstacles, and deliver measurable outcomes. Responsibilities Establish and maintain a unified framework to track, manage, and report on business initiatives, creating a clear single source of truth and an approach that can be progressively automated, leveraging AI wherever practical.

Assess initiatives against strategic priorities, business value, urgency, effort, and available capacity, helping leadership decide where to focus and what not to do. Define clear ownership, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success measures, and drive rapid implementation of an effective governance approach.

Own selected priority projects from initial scoping through delivery, coordinating business and technical stakeholders and ensuring tangible outcomes. Drive the AI First Initiative: Manage and accelerate our internal AI transformation activity, working with engineers and business stakeholders to assess and prioritise high-value use cases and maintain momentum through the AI Champions group.
