Were working with a global, specialist recruitment business that is growing its team and looking for ambitious individuals to join as Entry-Level Recruitment Consultants.
No previous recruitment experience is required. Whether youre a recent graduate, have some commercial experience, or simply want to build a career in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, this could be an excellent opportunity to get started.
German-speaking candidates would be particularly welcome, although fluency in German is not essential. The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, youll become a specialist within your chosen market, building relationships with both candidates and clients and helping some of the worlds most innovative businesses find exceptional talent.
Youll receive structured training and ongoing support, but from day one youll have the opportunity to take ownership and make an impact.
Your responsibilities will include
Identifying and approaching potential candidates through a variety of channelsBuilding and maintaining a strong network of specialist professionalsSpeaking with candidates to understand their experience, ambitions and career goalsWorking with clients to understand their hiring requirementsManaging the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placementDeveloping long-term relationships with candidates and clientsResearching your market and becoming a specialist in your chosen sectorUsing LinkedIn, recruitment platforms and internal systems to source talentWorking towards individual and team targetsDeveloping your commercial, negotiation and communication skillsWhat Were Looking For Were less interested in previous recruitment experience and more interested in attitude, ambition and potential.
