Job Description The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre graduate to join a leading global executive search firm specialising in financial services. The firm works with some of the worlds leading financial institutions, advising clients on senior appointments across investment management, investment banking, technology, infrastructure and C-suite leadership.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious graduate to begin a career in executive search, working alongside experienced Partners and Researchers on senior-level assignments across the global financial services sector.
The Role As an Executive Search Researcher, you will play a key role in identifying and assessing senior talent for confidential and strategically important assignments.
Your responsibilities will include
Conducting detailed research into companies, markets, sectors and senior professionalsIdentifying and mapping high-calibre candidates across global financial marketsBuilding and maintaining candidate networksSupporting Partners and senior consultants on executive search assignmentsConducting initial candidate conversations and assessing suitabilityDeveloping a strong understanding of financial services markets and the organisations operating within themPreparing detailed candidate profiles, market maps and research reportsEngaging with senior professionals and developing long-term relationshipsManaging multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSupporting the team throughout the full executive search processWhat Were Looking For A 2:1 degree or above from a Russell Group universityStrong academic credentialsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA genuine interest in business, financial markets and peopleStrong research and analytical skillsConfidence communicating with senior professionalsA highly organised and methodical approachCommercial awareness and a strong work ethicResilience, ambition and a desire to succeedThe ability to work effectively in a demanding, high-performance environmentPrevious recruitment or executive search experience is not required.
