Estate Management Co-ordinator Location: Govan, Glasgow Salary: £36,517 to £39,921 per annum (plus pension) Hours: 35 hours per week Grade: EVH Grade 6 (Spinal Points PA17-20) Contract: Permanent Help Us Create Desirable Places and Vibrant Neighbourhoods Elderpark Housing is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Estate Management Co-ordinator to lead and coordinate the effective management of our estates and neighbourhoods.

Working closely with residents, contractors, local partners and colleagues, you will play a key role in ensuring our neighbourhoods, communal areas and open spaces are safe, attractive, well-maintained and welcoming.

As part of our commitment to delivering high-quality services, you will contribute to the delivery of our Estate Management Strategy and help enhance environmental quality, resident satisfaction and community wellbeing. About the Role Reporting to the Asset Manager, you will take the lead on estate management activities across our communities, ensuring high standards of neighbourhood management and environmental maintenance.

You will carry out regular estate inspections, monitor contractor performance, identify opportunities for environmental improvements, and work collaboratively with residents and partner agencies to address issues affecting neighbourhood quality.

The role combines operational delivery, community engagement, contractor management and partnership working, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and has a strong commitment to excellent customer service. About You We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is passionate about neighbourhood management and community wellbeing.

You will be someone who takes pride in creating clean, safe and attractive environments and understands the positive impact that well-managed neighbourhoods have on residents' quality of life. With excellent communication and organisational skills, you will be confident engaging with a wide range of people, from tenants and owners to contractors and external partners.

You will be proactive in identifying solutions, committed to delivering high standards of service, and keen to contribute to the Association's vision of creating desirable places, vibrant neighbourhoods and successful communities.
