Pension, 25 days annual leave br br The role of the Estimator Facades will involve: br Estimator position dealing with various architectural external finishes inclusive of but not limited to GRC, brickslips, terracotta, renders, aluminium and HPL cladding. br Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements br Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required br Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices br Carrying out site surveys as and when required br Producing formal quotations to clients br Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database br Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors br Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met br Estimating for projects from £500k - £25m br The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Facades with: br Must have estimating experience within the cladding / faade / building envelope industry br Strong understanding of rainscreen and curtain walling is highly advantageous br Understanding of Onscreen Takeoff software package br Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team br High levels of organisation and excellent time management br Excellent xjlbheb communication skills both written and verbal br Excellent analytical and numerical skills br Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness br Mitchell Maguire is a specialist Construction Recruitment Consultancy, dealing exclusively with Construction Jobs, Construction Vacancies and Specification Positions within: Estimator, Estimates, Estimating, Facades, Cladding, Flat Roofing, Rainscreen, Built Up, Composite Roof, Composite Wall, Brick Slip, SFS, Steel Framing Systems, Main Contractors, Sub Contractors
